couple of decades. Just over the past few years, pitchers that Mike has helped in
their development have gone on to earn 48 HS All-District 1st Team honors, 32
College Scholarships and 4 MLB draft picks. After playing college baseball at
Ouachita Baptist University, Mike developed a passion for teaching and coaching,
starting with a 17U national showcase team for the Dallas Cyclones, many of those
players going on to be recruited by Ouachita and play for the CWS Division 2
national championship for three consecutive years. In addition to working with
area HS baseball teams that include Richardson High, WT White with Coach David
Shepherd and Matt Whatley, JJ Pearce, Parish, Plano West, and many others, Mike

his own company Environmental Test Solutions NA, yet finds time to work in his
passion for developing HS baseball players.

Victor has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and has been in the Venture Capital business for the past 25 years.
